Super simple process! I submitted my trade in video simply online on the truck I had my eye on that I had to have. they reached out first thing Monday morning I had the pleasure of working with Jeremy who is a great guy all around! I got to the dealer the that evening after work he had the truck up front ready to test drive for me and answer all my questions. It was late on Presidents’ Day so financing wasn’t possible that evening but was able to get approval next morning which I then returned to a freshly cleaned and detailed brand new truck with a full tank he kindly walked me through all the features and helped me set everything up I had an overall 10/10 experience! I love my new truck! (I’ve never bought from a dealer before either) Huge thanks to Jeremy and also Ryan in finance! Thanks guys!

I just bought a new suburban from Charlie. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was in and out under an hour while trading in our old suburban. No b.s. just right to the numbers and fair prices. I appreciate that a lot.

We could not be happier with our experience. We just purchased a used corvette from Miller Chevy that we had found on line. We are located in Illinois and did not want to make the trip to Minnesota to look at the car. I was set up with Carter as my salesman, he was a great guy to deal with. He got me pictures, and detailed video of the car within 15 minutes (as with other dealers that took hours or days or at all) and could not have been more helpful. We worked out a deal the next day and they overnighted all of the documents to us and we got everything back to them within the hour of receiving it. They made the process smooth and easy. I have never written a review before for a car dealer before but I felt these things needed to be said. I also wanted to thank Andrew, Tim, and even Mr. Miller for the help and making this happen. It’s been awhile since I bought my truck here, and the truck runs fine, I guess, but they’re getting two stars for a couple of reasons. 1.) They keep hassling me about scheduling maintenance; I’d never pay dealership prices to maintain a used vehicle. 2.) They try to get me to buy a new car every few months, and I’m sick of telling them I’m not interested in being contacted. 3.) When I bought my truck, it had 2 different sizes of tire (small difference, but you expect all of the tires to be the same size when you buy a “certified pre-owned” truck.) I’ve asked them to stop sending me emails and texts, they haven’t so I’m going to share my experience. When I bought my truck, again, “certified pre-owned,” they assured me it was in great shape and had some ~120 point inspection or something. It needed service almost immediately. I took it to a shop I trust, and found out not only did it need some basic maintenance, my lower ball joints were toast. (That was after like 1-2 months of owning the truck) They also pointed out that I had 3 tires that were the correct size, and one that was an odd ball, which was not helping my strange tire wear that I noticed. Oh well, it was a long time ago, and when I called to ask the dealer about it I was dismissed. That being said, my family and I will never buy another vehicle from Miller Chev, and I don’t recommend that you do either. I know people will say you should check over the vehicle on your own, so I should have caught the differences in tires. I guess when you’re told you’re buying a “certified pre-owned” vehicle you assume that an inspection was actually done. I also remember the finance department really pushing the extended warranty I bought. DO NOT fall for it. I bought the warranty and the only time I needed it, they declined my claim and I paid out of pocket for parts and labor they claimed to cover. Do NOT sign up for an extended warranty. It was like giving them $4,000 to feel good that day, then get screwed when I needed it. Edit: Yes, Miller Chev “responded” and wanted to learn more. I have no interest in working with them on this. They won’t do anything for me, and they only want to influence my review. Honestly, this was a horrible car buying experience. I would not ever recommend working with this dealership. Again, when I called about this issue initially I was dismissed. Not sure why they care now.
