I never walked through the doors at Mills Toyota in Willmar, Minnesota seeking to purchase a vehicle but I really felt welcomed as a prospective buyer when communicating with the staff through email, text messages, and personal phone calls. The dealership had the specific Highlander in the color I was seeking along with all the packages desired; however, it was 450 miles from my location. Most dealerships say they are always looking for your used vehicle but the trade price doesn’t make it feasible. Photos were sent of my vehicle and without further hesitation they agreed to what I felt it was worth as a trade. A local Toyota dealers offer on my trade was 2 1/2 times less than what Mills offered. DONE DEAL! All the necessary paperwork was handed through Mills including a great finance rate, titling out of state, sales taxes, etc. Thanks to some great employees like Jessica, Richard, and Mike, who I never got to shake their hand, I now have a great new vehicle I’m driving. Best of all they even delivered the new Highlander to my house without any additional fee. Great people to work with at Mills Auto Center! Attached is a picture of my trade vehicle. I purchased a new Nissan Frontier pickup at Mills Nissan in Willmar,Mn and I had my first service done there. They treated me great, kinda like rolling out the red carpet for me. Dan in the service department was absolutely great in every aspect of how they treated and took care of me. Listen up people, even if you didn't buy your vehicle at Mills you need to use them for your service and they will earn your business starting with your first visit

My appointment at Mills Toyota in Willmar went very well. I was there to have my tires rotated on my new Toyota crown. Although I did not purchase the car there, I was treated like I was one of their own. They took great care of me. And their work was timely and well done. They also answered questions I had about possible accessories for my car in the form of mud guards.

I was disappointed when my husband looked at the car after taking it in to mills. The paper said the air filter was good meaning it was checked. When my husband looked at it, it was dirty and needed to be changed. Nobody informed me of this and the paper had a green check mark meaning it was good and it wasn’t. Makes me question if you really check everything that’s on the paper or not.

Rick and the whole team at Mills Toyota in Willmar were so friendly and helpful. They made the purchase of my new dream car 🚗 easy and fun. So much laughter and celebration at the dealership made the whole experience joyful - even through the necessary paperwork. I highly recommend them!
