My car started making a very loud and obnoxious clicking noise less than 24hours after purchasing it. I contacted the dealership immediately and brought my car up there the day after purchase. They said their guy would handle it just let them know when I’m available. I assume they are paying for it as they acted like they were when I brought it up there and spoke with them. I bought it in the afternoon around 4pm and contacted them the next day around 2pm with issues. (This was my first time driving it for a long period of time. I had only driven it for the test drive and 1minute drive home the day before!) They get me in contact with their mechanic, I bring the car in, he fixes it and never asks for payment. A couple days later I get a text from Corey that the bill was sent to them and I need to pay it. Very poor communication on their part, and had I known I’d be covering it I would have gotten it handled by the family mechanic. They never once mentioned me paying for it until AFTER the work was already done by his buddy. It’s always a gamble buying a used car, but with the 5 star reviews I assumed it was a reputable dealership and I wouldn’t have to worry about spending money fixing my car that messed up less than 24 hours after buying it

These are two great men (father and son) that know what small town hospitality is all about. They’re not pushy at all and answered all of my questions before I could even ask them. They were both very kind and made me feel more like a friend than a customer. All I had to do was complete an online application form and they did the rest of the work for me. I never even had to talk to the bank until it came time to sign my name. They will let you choose a bank if you have one preferred and if not, they have other options for you. If you find yourself in need of a car, go talk to these down to earth fellas, they will get you set up with a great new ride!
