I’m very disappointed with my experience today. I booked a test drive for a specific car, but when I arrived, I was told the vehicle was not available — even though it is still listed on the website. This feels misleading and gave me the impression that customers are being pushed toward buying a new car instead.

Honestly had a very good experience. Keanu was very helpful from A to Z. He tried to find the perfect car and tried to find a good monthly price. They do an effort to find a car you like even if it’s not available in their lot & an effort to find a good price. So I would strongly recommend you visit this Mini Dealership if you’re looking to buy or lease a Mini. * update Since the staff changed its not the same. Since Jamie & Luc left the service department is disappointing after each visit. Maybe to buy a car it was a great experience but service and piece since 2020 it’s been unpleasant.. so for car service I’d rather go to Mini Center where their customer service is spot on. For your next mini service I’d recommend other Mini dealerships over This one . Very disappointing hopefully they will listen to people’s feedback and fix it.
