Brought my car in for a check engine light and they recommended that I replace my thermostat assembly. That did not solve my issue . Fault codes came back and they got me to bring the car back into them again saying possible faulty t-stat . Told me my wires to my sensor were shorting out and the would do a repair for me as well as replace the t-stat again . I hadn't even been gone for 1/2 hours and my check engine light came on again . Brought my car back the next day on a Saturday. The bmw techs looked at my car and the bmw side gave me a loaner car . Once the Monday, I received a call saying that they diagnosed my car needing an ecm and wiring harness which was at a ridiculously high price . I declined. Took the car home and left it sit until I decided to give a small German car shop on the west end a try . Turns out that the technician at mini when they put my hoses back on , they put them on the wrong ports giving my sensor a signal that the car was running cold turning my rad fan on high causing my car to run rich . This shop switched the hoses back to the way they were supposed to be and problem solved for just over $200. Vs the astronomical quote that mini gave me . Never will I ever take my car back to mini service again 😒

Bought my first car here so I might be a bit biased. I love this dealership, they have great staff who are friendly and professional. The cars are obviously great. Steve sold me my first car and he was wonderful to work with. I often here for parts and sometimes servicing. They have a good and responsive parts department and I can usually get regular maintenance parts on the same day or within the week. Their servicing team is really professional and do a thorough job. They've even helped me over the phone when I had some mechanical questions to inquire about.

I am in LOVE 💛 with the newest member of our family!! It was a joy to drive home to Grande Prairie and is as perfect as I have been imagining since 2011!! They went above and beyond for helping me into a new car. Chris Brown was professional and not pressuring, and Tin Nguyen didn't stop until he found a bank to get me approved. Really mad me feel like a VIP client and got me a car I love to drive.
