MINI Kelowna

I was in Kelowna visiting and decided to look at new cars as it was time to get a new one. Coleman was my sales person and he was very helpful, accommodating, and honest. I also did not feel pressured at all. Despite needing a quick turnaround on a car as I was leaving soon, he made it work and within less than 48 hours, I had a new car. It was a painless experience and his customer service continued even after I paid. My father joined me to give his opinions and even he was impressed with Coleman's service. Everyone else we interacted with was also great. Upgraded from my first car I had since 2014 to this beauty and it's been a joy :)

Coleman was our salesman. He provided the BEST sales experience we have had in years. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and fun to deal with. He did not have the car with the options we desired, but got right to work and found one for us. It was sourced in Vancouver and we took delivery of it in about 1 week....we LOVE it!!! He did a new car "reveal" that was exciting and unique...he definitely goes above and beyond to make the experience unforgettable. The final step of his truly professional handling of the transaction, was to introduce us to all the pertinent staff from the GM to the service manager.
