I was so impressed by how caring, honest and knowledgable both Lucas and Raven were at Mini Langley. I was deciding on a used Mini Countryman and they were way more concerned with me finding the exact right vehicle for me, for my very specific needs, then selling me a vehicle and they helped me so much! I had an amazing experience when I walked into the Mini Langley dealership and bought my first ever car. I did most things wrong, falling in love with the car, and was I'm sure not the most challenging sale to make, but I went in "to look" and a week later I brought home my dream car. Alex was amazing, knowledgeable, and I felt very comfortable and not pressured at all. I was nervous about the test drive as a fairly new driver who hadn't been behind the wheel of a car for a year, but between the absolute joy of a car and Alex putting me at ease it went amazingly well. I have wanted to have a Mini for a long time, and the reality of owning one is even better than I'd expected. The car is incredible and everyone I encountered on that first day and every visit after was great. I have discovered my adventurous side and also come to realize that I was meant to be a Mini driver, from the culture to the drivability and the ducking fun of it all. I may have been impulsive and done things the "wrong way", but I have no regrets about the results, and helping to support an amazing team at the same time.

Outstanding service! My rear tail light, brake light, and reverse lights were malfunctioning and I was able to get in right away. The diagnostic was done incredibly fast and they ordered the parts quickly and I was able to pick up my Mini the next day. Everyone I spoke to was kind and courteous and my advisor was great, especially with communication. Highly recommended! Thank you so much!
