I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to William. I have never been served by a more honest and helpful car salesperson. He took all the time necessary with me, explaining everything clearly and making sure that I received the best service and the right car for my needs. His service was truly outstanding. I am extremely happy and will definitely return to him for any future used vehicle purchases.

Buying a car from BMW Mini Dorval was well worth traveling all the way from Pickering. It was a pleasure doing business with them. The salesman, William Bolduc, made the experience as easy as possible. In fact, this has been the most satisfying car buying experience of my life. Service entry for MINI close for renovation, no mention of this when took booking, some customer told and some not at booking time, no mention in email and SMS, but lot's of promotion to sell you more service in SMS. Waited 30 minutes for nothing.... Any TURKEY should know about advising cutomers via SMS or email. MANAGER of service say there is a sign in front of lock door, it is customer fault if he did not see the sign. Not willing to admit that communication has to be improve via SMS or email. Will keep my furture service with strict minimum that i prefer to do via the dealership and everything else some where else. Last car purchase with them. A place to avoid, i expect blabla .... typical response from dealerhip.

I stopped by mini Laval one day by chance to find a used car, I was greeted by the receptionist and Tommy L-T. was the salesman and accompanied me on the test drive. I was very satisfied with his professional attitude. On the day I received the car, he and his colleague (sorry because I couldn't remember her name even though I asked twice) guided and supported me very enthusiastically and thoughtfully, nothing more could be expected. Thank you guys!
