I can’t say enough good things about my experience with MINI Nanaimo! I had a stressful situation with my 2023 MINI Cooper SE—my charger got stuck in the car. I spent three hours dealing with roadside assistance (who couldn’t send anyone) and the charger company, who kept insisting the issue wasn’t on their end. It was incredibly frustrating. But Ashley and Kim at MINI Nanaimo completely saved the day. They went above and beyond, quickly stepping in when no one else could provide a solution. Within just 30 minutes of my call, they sent their shop foreman, Ben, out to help me. Ben was amazing—professional, calm, and efficient. He was able to free the stuck charger and clear all the error messages on the spot. What made the experience even better was the follow-up. Alex personally texted me afterward to confirm that everything was okay and to let me know the issue appeared to be with the charger itself, not the car. He even offered additional help if I needed anything else. That level of communication and care truly stands out. This dealership has consistently gone the extra mile. During a previous service visit, they noticed my car was dirty and gave it a full complimentary clean without charging me. I didn’t even purchase my car from them (I bought it used through another dealership), yet they’ve treated me like a valued customer every single time. Ashley, Kim, Ben, and Alex are an incredible team. They turned what could have been an awful day into a positive experience. If I ever buy another car, I am 100% going to MINI Nanaimo. They’ve set the gold standard for customer service.

This dealership is very friendly and helpful. Salesperson Yaowen tracked down a great model for me and kept me updated regularly with shipping ETAs. I drove away is a great electric MINI Cooper SE in British racing green that is the best car I've ever owned. When I picked up the car the whole team was very welcoming, from Yaowen right to the manager of the dealership. Nice touch: they "gift wrapped" the new car for me which provided a dramatic reveal.

I find the staff, friendly and knowledgeable. They explained everything that needed going over. I am confident that my mini is well looked after.
