Mini Of Anchorage Service Center

Over the last 4 1/2 years we’ve purchased three vehicles from BMW Mini of Anchorage satisfaction beyond our belief is why we keep going back. The cars were wonderful. It was time for upgrades and after an accident got us back in and right on the road immediately, Cory is one of the best salesman you’ve ever dealt with what an amazing young man I would highly recommend BMW to everyone in the greater Anchorage area..

Great experience buying from here! Alex brought the car I was interested in inside prior to my arrival so I could get a good look at it out of the elements. Once there he was very patient with all of my questions about it and was very knowledgeable about anything I threw at him. He took me on a nice and long test drive so I could make up my mind. The price that they set was very fair so I didn't feel the need to haggle. The finance guy was also very personable and helpful. They were very low pressure about purchasing, financing options, and buying add-ons which was very much appreciated. All told I think I was only there for about 2 hours. One of the best dealer experiences I've had--I hope the service center is equally as good, but that remains to be seen.

WHAT A WASTE of MY Time..!@ JAE n RYAN -BMW Anchorage... wanted me to buy a 2021 Chevy Silverado, with 72,000 miles on it...... RIGHT NOW...!! Once i made it clear that i wanted MY mechanic to take a look at it....Jae, wasted my time making 3 different apointments with MY mechanic ...FAILING to SHOW UP..!! Stretched it out for a WHOLE WEEK.....NOT SHOWING UP FOR 3 APPOINTNENTS THAT JAE (BMW) REQUESTED, then BLOWING ME OFF.... THERE WAS RUST N DAMAGE ON THE TRUCK THAT THEY DIDN'T WANT ME TO NOTICE...BUT...TOO BAD...I POINTED IT ALL OUT TO YOU JAE, n YOU THEN PRETENDED THAT THERE REALLY WEREN'T ANY ISSUES WITH THIS $33, 000. TRUCK, .....THEN PROCEEDED TO WASTE MY TIME & MONEY......n MY MECHANIC'S TIME......TELLING ME THAT YOU HAD NO ISSUES WITH LETTING MY MECHANIC TAKE A LOOK AT THE TRUCK.. MADE 3 DIFFERENT APPOINTMENTS, THEN TOTALLY FAILED TO SHOW UP..!!! NOT ONCE BUT 3 TIMES..!!! REALLY..!! NO CLASS, NO RESPECT, NO INTEGRITY....JUST WANTED MY MONEY...RIGHT NOW....BUT... I WASN'T GULLABLE LIKE THEY THOUGHT... WHAT A RIP OFF...!!! DON'T GO THERE PEOPLE..... THEY "PUSH" FOR YOU TO BUY ...RIGHT NOW.....THE TRUCK SAT FOR A YEAR....! I WONDER WHY..??!! YOU GUYS BOUGHT A BAD TRUCK N TRIED TO PASS IT OFF AS A GOOD THING...BUT REALLY...OBVIOUSLY IT WASN'T.............. YOU WANT TOP DOLLAR N YOU TRIED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME...BUT YOU FAILED..!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHA.... WHAT A JOKE..!! BUYER BEWARE ...EXTREMELY SHADY PEOPLE THERE..!!!

Great experience. Alex and Mark made everything so easy and timeless. I will definitely work with them again.

I'm trust in my Mini. She made my everyday is wonderful. When I'd got a problem she still work good.
