Had a great experience purchasing from Mini of Coconut Creek. Our sales rep, JC Otera, was efficient, courteous and friendly. The payment process was smooth, thanks to Lamar Love. Lastly, the tutorial given by Samuel, got me up to speed on all of the cars features in a short period of time. The whole experience was great! Originally I was not familiar with Mini’s as far as a car brand. When Coconut Creek Mini had a function featuring free drinks and food at Voodoo Brewery, I thought I would check them out. I met their General Manager and two of their sales associates and they were super friendly and knowledgable about the Mini car brand. I told them when I had time I would stop by and look at their vehicles after I did some research online. Later in the week I stopped by and talked to Raj about a new car and he was able to find the exact car I was looking for. I was having serious problems with Audi Fort Lauderdale keeping my car 74 days in the shop then returning it with the same problems and new ones. At one point, the General Manager and Raj simply said we will take your car with the problems, as they were afraid of new problems if I took the car back to Audi. Fort Lauderdale. Many people ask if I got an amazing deal, I thought it was a good deal, but I also look at if the car dealership gets back with you and is able to help you if you have questions. What good is an amazing price if you can not get ahold of the dealership. So far I am very happy with my car and Raj, Daniel and Tim are all wonderful to deal with.

Vista Mini service is excellent. My appointment was at 7:50am and exactly at that time I was helped. Juliet Steimberg was my advisor. She was really patience understanding my concerns and demands. Great professional service advisor and also her manager who help me understand the next steps in the repair process. GReat people!
