I can’t say enough great things about the Mini of Fort Wayne dealership. From day, one I’ve been beyond impressed with the level of customer service and how genuinely personal the experience feels every time I walk in. I’ve been obsessed with Mini’s for as long as I can remember. My 2013 mini Cooper being my first vehicle and it will always have a special place in my heart. Even back then, this dealership took incredible care of me and my Mini. There’s never been any pressure or feeling of being “sold” something I didn’t need in fact, it’s always been the opposite. The team consistently goes above and beyond whether it’s fixing small issues free of charge. topping off fluids, fitting me in last minute, or simply being transparent with me about my car’s condition and what to expect down the road. When my 2013 mini finally reached the point where it wasn’t worth investing in anymore it was completely unexpected. But the team made a stressful situation so much easier. They worked with me every step of the way to find the best option for me, and now I’m driving a 2025 mini that I Love. What truly set this dealership apart from the rest is the people Sarah is so sweet and caring, Dan is awesome and truly has a gift for delivering tough news in the best way possible, and Hunter and Mike and everyone else behind the scenes have all been amazing throughout my entire journey. You can tell they genuinely care and that makes all the difference! Also, the service videos are a Nice touch and very helpful. I’m so grateful for this team and their consistent care they’ve shown me over the years it’s safe to say that I will always be a loyal Mini customer. Thank you for everything you do.

Since this dealership has been open we’ve never had a good experience with the service team here. Not to mention the fact that when they were test driving the car got into an accident and did not pay for the damages. They may be a decent dealership to buy from but I would never recommend using their service department.

We looked for cars at several dealerships before test driving one here. Their entire staff was friendly and welcoming, and we never felt pressured to make a purchase. After our second test drive, we decided to make a purchase and were guided through the entire process. Caleb was fantastic. We would absolutely visit this dealer again!

Just bought a '15 Countryman for my daughter and needed some parts along with some advice. Both Jeff and Devon in the parts department (BMW side) were great help. They easily tracked down what I needed, had the parts in stock, and we're easy to talk to. If you are needing parts for your Mini do not hesitate to call them.

Had a potentially dangerous brake issue in the middle of a cross country move. They were able to fit me in on short notice and diagnose and fix the issue. Service was great even though they knew I would be a one time customer from the very start. Special thanks to Scott who worked to get me in the same day!
