The staff greeted me with a warm welcome as soon as I stepped into the door. They had a wide selection of cars to choose from, it was impressive! The team was very accommodating and knowledgable about every question I asked. It was a smooth process and would definitely come back if I need another car!

Kyle and his team in service provided amazing customer service! I am extremely grateful and pleased with the experience I had at Mini Saskatoon service department, not only did they get my cars sunroof covered under goodwill warranty but they also let me use the loaner mini the entire time my car was in their shop! They went above and beyond for me and I am very impressed with their work and customer service. They were kind and provided me with updates as they had them for me. I work a full time job and they were extremely accommodating when I had to arrange pick up. There were zero hidden fees, zero surprises, nothing but excellent service and honesty from Kyle and his team. I will recommend Kyle and the entire Mini Saskatoon Service team to anyone looking to get work done on their Mini! Such a wonderful, friendly, enjoyable experience from start to finish! The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the car-buying process fun and stress-free. They took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find the perfect MINI.

We don't have a local mini dealer, so when we were visiting family in Saskatoon we made an appointment to have the engine warning light looked at. They read the stored warning (not an actual check engine light) and gave us a suggestion of the issue. Also gave me a part number (cheaper to buy at home) . Car wash was a nice surprise. Sure enough the suggestion was correct and the warning light is gone. Great service!
