Sales experience was so good I left my own province to buy my MINI here. Frederick Bleau was thorough, professional and extremely personable throughout (and after) the sales process to ensure my buying experience was the best it could be. I would highly recommend this dealer for your BMW/MINI needs. As a bonus, the scenery on the drive to the dealer is absolutely gorgeous.

I wanted to share my excellent experience at Mini Ste-Agathe. While browsing their inventory, I found a limited edition car I was looking for. Living two hours away with a busy schedule led me to complete the purchase remotely. My representative still took the time to show me the vehicle via FaceTime, a gesture I greatly appreciated. Upon taking possession, there were no unpleasant surprises, and the car was exactly as presented! A few days later, I noticed two minor issues that most likely wouldn't have been detected during a pre-sale inspection. Given my previous experiences buying used vehicles, and considering this Mini was out of warranty, I wasn't expecting such excellent after-sales support. Mini Ste-Agathe offered to resolve everything at their expense without any hassle. So, I brought my Mini in, and they determined that one of the problems wouldn't be fixed quickly and that the other required ordering a part. Although my car is perfectly drivable, they've still given me (free of charge!!) a lovely 2024 Cooper convertible until my car is repaired, a gesture I greatly appreciate. I just picked up my car yesterday and everything is perfect now! In short, a simple, quick, and hassle-free purchase and a very welcome resolution to the two minor issues with my car. I'm extremely satisfied from start to finish, and my next Minis will definitely come from here.

Problem with the module that controls the vehicle's windows and lights… and the module has an extended warranty until 2028!!! But they're telling us there's water leaking into the vehicle and refusing to replace the module, on top of that, making us believe we have to return the parts to Mini Canada… so if there's water leaking, we'll call the insurance company, and they'll say it's normal use and that there's no water leaking into the vehicle!! And that the garage is responsible for replacing the part!!! But we always get the same politician's response!!!! On top of receiving a bill for over $400 only to be told the job will cost $2500, thanks… following the dealership's response… I called the general manager again, wasting my time and getting the same answer, that you're not responsible, yeah right!!! Before returning to Abitibi, I took the trouble to see your guy in the service department, who confirmed that everything is correct and ordered the part!!! And 4 hours later, on my way to Abitibi, they call me to tell me I have to pay after all!! I had to go back and pick up the vehicle!! In total, I lost 4 days because of this!! The only reason I would return to your dealership is if you admit that you are responsible for the defective part!! Otherwise, you're out of luck, I'm not going to be giving you any good publicity!!!
