Mike was very respectful and helpful. Answered our questions and even helped to receive the military discount. He walked us through the various options on the newly purchased vehicle. We were very pleased with his assistance. Their financial guy made sure we understood our options before we signed the paperwork. Overall, we were very pleased and would recommend them.

Minocqua Chevrolet saved us! We were going through town On our way to Canada. We had lunch and then our truck started Having problems. We showed up to the dealer on Friday afternoon. The truck was so bad they had to tow it into the shop to be a diagnosed. Turns out GM no longer makes the part we needed. Tracy, the service manager managed to find a secondary market part but it wouldn’t be there till Monday or Tuesday. They managed to find us a rental car, which is right there through the dealer. How convenient for us! We carried on with our trip and picked up the truck with a new part installed the next Wednesday. We just wanna thank Tracy, Aaron, and Annie In helping us with everything. They went above and beyond!

They were very friendly and helpful. They were also very thorough when explaining the services they had done to my vehicle along with what needs to be done. My vehicle was assessed and finished at a fairly fast time. Prices were a bit out of my pay though. I hope to continue to work with them as they are a great dealership and know exactly what they are doing.

I have been doing business with this dealership since 2019. The staff is always accommodating and ready to answer questions and solve any issues that may arise. The sales staff is pleasant to work with and are interested in helping the customer find what vehicles are a good fit based on what particular needs the customer might have. The atmosphere is not high pressure, which is welcoming. The service department staff are great to work with as well. If they weren't great at what they do, I wouldn't drive from Wausau to have my truck serviced. I would absolutely recommend Minocqua Chevrolet for anyone looking for a vehicle new or used, in addition to a place to service your vehicle. Stop in and check them out, you'll be glad you did!

While traveling from out of state my check engine light came on. It's a 2017 3500 diesel and the light ended up being a NOx sensor. I wasn't going to make it home without changing it. I got in touch with Traci the service manager and she couldn't have been nicer. She was upfront about potential costs and unsure on time needed. I brought it in expecting it to take a few days because it was a busy dealership and this wasn't scheduled ahead of time. Amber checked me in and was just as friendly and polite as Traci. To my surprise they had it done in a day. I picked it up the next morning and finished my trip. Everyone I came into contact with at the dealership was so friendly. At no time did they ever make feel like I was putting them out by being there unscheduled. What a great experience at this dealership! I can't think them enough for getting me back on the road as quickly as they did.
