Absolutely horrible, zero stars. You guys are either terrible scam artists or grossly incompetent. I was quoted thousands of dollars and told I need all new exhaust. Which I declined but still had to pay $500 for you guys to incorrectly “diagnose” the issue. Then I went to Aiken’s Finest Exhaust where they immediately saw the issue and welded two pipes together and charged me $250. Truck is now perfect and sounds like brand new. Will never be returning to Miracle Dodge…

I reached out regarding a RAM 1500 RHO and attempted to negotiate based on current market value. Pricing was justified primarily by dealer-added options rather than comparable market data, and when I continued referencing market value, the discussion shifted toward my personal finances instead of the vehicle’s actual worth. After my response, communication stopped entirely. As of 1/29/26, the truck remains listed, and I ultimately purchased the same vehicle elsewhere. Sharing this for buyers who value transparent pricing and professional follow-up.
