This was our first purchase from Miracle and I have to say it's been by far the best experience. From the moment I made the first call to inquire about my car until today driving off the lot with it, the experience has been wonderful. We were grateful to work with Angel through this entire process and he was absolutely stellar. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed immediately and appropriately! He kept us informed on every part of the process. He was very personable which I absolutely loved and never once made me feel pressured as other salesmen do. He allowed for me to make the decisions based on what worked best for me. I had a great experience working with Angel. From the start, he was honest and straightforward, which made the entire process feel comfortable. He was incredibly helpful at every step and took the time to really understand what we were looking for. What stood out most was his knowledge. He knew the vehicle inside and out and was able to answer all of our questions clearly and confidently. First off I'd like to say, this is the place to purchase a vehicle! Not just because it's a Toyota dealership but because of the staff. I have bought many cars before this and this has been the best buying experience by far due to all the staff. After being under so much stress trying to find a car, I came here and it was like a vacation! I could walk the lot, look at whatever I wanted without a salesperson breathing down my neck and trying to haggle me into a sale. They treat you with the best care. And I owe my amazing experience to Miss Brianna! She's the sweetest person ever! And she got me in the best car, I can't thank her enough! I'm 29 and I had no clue how to use any of the features/ technology in my new car but she even went out of her way to teach me how to use it all and connect my phone to it. Alright the Sequel was Even Better!!! I returned to Miracle for schedule maintenance on Monday 1 June 2026. Spencer and Will did it again!! This time their customer service professionalism added a third collaborator whose extensive knowledge of Tacoma's immediately identified the cause and solution of an issue my truck was having. It was like Kat had the answer on standby! Before Will could finish getting the scenario out, she knew what it was! Spencer got me in the same morning I called to schedule and again he took the time to patiently go over what needed to be done during my visit. Spencer, Will and Kat were a Tremendous Trio that made my Monday Maintenance Magnificent! My Tacoma and I immensely appreciate the personable and professional service. The below review is from my previous visit: Mr. Will did something that has never been done before, he greeted me with a smile and welcoming demeanor then brought me in to his computer to ensure I was an informed customer! He went over the individual service items that were scheduled for my specific mileage! He listened to me like I was actually a thinking human being and a valued customer. He even had an equally professional and personable partner to collaborate in some pretty courteous customer service! It was the total opposite from my last visit. I took a gamble in coming back to Miracle Toyota AND Will and Spencer made that choice a WIN!
