Dropped off my CRV for MVI and change of tires. Received a drive to work-before 9:30 received texts regarding repairs, approved them, by 10am received invoice and paid it from work. Vehicle was returned to my work before 11am! Thank you Jana and all-including Doug😂 for a very smooth morning!

10/10 - Very Professional!! Being from out of town Chris and Tim were both very helpful and knowledgeable in making our buying experience nothing but pleasurable. We live 3 hours away and were able to do the majority of the dealing via email. Accommodated a Saturday delivery so we didn't need to book time off work. Chris was very patient and helpful with all of my questions and requests. Being an Accountant, I very much into the details and had a question about pretty much every number and Chris was quick to reply. This is the first buying experience where the red carpet was rolled out and car was under cover with a bow!! Nice touch that make the whole experience special. My shopping experience with Doug has been one of the most pleasant, professional, courteous and respectful in a long time, if not forever. Doug takes pride in his work and makes it his duty to serve his customers with the utmost dedication. He was easy to communicate with by email, phone and text, and took the time to explain every aspect of the vehicle sale in great detail. Although I ultimately decided to decline his offer, which was otherwise excellent and beyond my expectations, he remained friendly.
