Just picked up my 2022 Kia Soul just in time for a big snow storm. Luckily it came with snow tires installed. Thanks Darcy for providing excellent service and a car that I'm sure my whole family will enjoy for many years to come.

I recently purchased a 2021 Ioniq Plug-in Hybrid here. I want to give a huge shout-out to our salesperson, Fahd. He did an excellent job building rapport, was very engaging, and honestly earned my business through his hard work. If you go here, ask for him. However, I have to knock off a star for the experience in the business office. When it came to the contract, there were surprise add-ons included (Winter Tires and a Protection Package) that were presented when selling the deal as included. It felt like a deceptive tactic. Fortunately, I spoke with the manager, Jesus, who was willing to listen. He helped resolve the issue by adjusting the down payment and agreeing to provide a second key (since the car only came with one). I appreciate that they eventually made it right, but I wish the initial contract process had been more transparent. Overall I’m happy with the car so far and I believe I would consider to keep doing business with this car dealer.

Darshan was our sales representative who sold us our Kia Sportage. He took us for our test drive, answered all of our questions from beginning to end. He was very professional and kind. We would recommend Darshan and Missisauga Kia to anyone who is buying a new car.
