Wasted Trip and Zero Transparency — All Talk, No Deal 👎🏼 VW of Mississauga at the Erin Mills Auto Mall was an extremely frustrating experience. The Sales Manager, Porya, showed little respect for our time as customers. We were called into the dealership under the impression that there was room to work out a deal, only to be told once we arrived that pricing was completely non-negotiable. That information could have easily been communicated upfront and would have saved everyone time and effort. The interaction felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic just to get customers through the door. Instead of professionalism or transparency, the experience came across as dismissive and unhelpful. Buying a vehicle is a major purchase, and customers deserve honesty, respect, and clear communication. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here. I would strongly recommend others shop around and deal with a dealership that values transparency and customer respect.
