I recently purchased a 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited Reserve for my wife from Mitchell Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and I can honestly say the entire experience was far better than I expected. From the moment I arrived, Kennedy Tezoco made the process feel completely no‑hassle. He was extremely easy to talk to, genuinely friendly, and willing to work with me to get a deal that made sense. Kennedy never pressured me, never rushed me, and made me feel like he was truly on my side. That alone set the tone for a great experience. That’s when Ethan Johnson, the Sales Floor Manager, stepped in. During the final paperwork stage with the finance company, an issue came up that could have completely reversed the entire deal. It was one of those moments where everything you’ve worked out feels like it’s about to fall apart. But this is where the dealership really proved themselves. The Finance & Insurance Manager Cliff Johnson went above and beyond. He handled the situation with professionalism, patience, and determination. He worked through the problem, kept me informed, and ultimately saved the deal. Without his effort, we wouldn’t be driving home in our new Jeep today. He truly did an outstanding job. In the end, we left with a beautiful 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited Reserve, and my wife is absolutely thrilled with it. Seeing how happy she is makes the entire experience worth it. You guys have to go see Cory he is the best sales person ever. I just walked away today with my very first Jeep Rubicon 2025 model. I am absolutely in love with it and he made it happen. He is hands down the best salesperson ever. If I could give him more than five stars, I would. He definitely checks all the boxes.

I’ve been here twice for service now for my 2019 Ram, and I’ve been helped by Wes the first time and David the second. I’ve had a fantastic experience each time, this is one of the few dealers who doesn’t try to add on repairs to make money off of you from my personal experience. It is very apparent they are honest and care about their customers here. The waiting area is nice, and well stocked as well. I’ll definitely be back for future services. Just pull up into the service tunnel and walk right in, it is a very convenient drop off experience.
