We originally purchased our car from a different dealership and unfortunately were not happy with their service. Switching to Mitsubishi Brossard was truly the best decision we could have made. From the very first visit, the team was incredibly kind, polite, and respectful. While our previous dealer tried to charge us for services that were still under warranty, Mitsubishi Brossard took the time to properly review everything and confirmed that the service was indeed covered. Their honesty and professionalism really stood out. A special thank you to Simon, Mathieu, and Melyna for being so welcoming during the three visits we had in just one week. Each time, they made us feel valued and genuinely cared for. The level of customer service we experienced was exceptional. My initial experience was disappointing, as I had a confirmed appointment to see a vehicle that had actually been sold two days earlier. That said, I was later contacted by the dealership’s management, which I genuinely appreciated. Mélissa, the BDC Director, was very professional and understanding, took the time to listen, and apologized for the situation. They also offered to assist me in finding another vehicle and provided a goodwill gesture, which I found to be a really positive step. It’s always appreciated when management takes the time to step in, take accountability, and work toward resolving a situation like this. Overall, while the initial experience was frustrating, I do recognize their effort to make things right, and I remain open to working with them if the right opportunity comes up.

Mr Simon Gagnon gave us a great after sales service experience, Mr Anas Moustatia was of a great help in our trade-in process, and Mr Dayle Daraiche was very helpful, efficient and effective in all the financing related subjects! What a wonderful experience we had buying our Mitsubishi Outlander. The staff was absolutely wonderful and Samuel was great. Answered all her questions even though we did give him a bit of a hard time. And we got everything in English which was awesome!
