Absolutely fantastic service at Quebec Mitsubishi! Director of Sales - Marco - took care of us as well as Amelie G in Financing . They organized around our schedule, were very professional and gave attention to details which made our purchase easy and quick. Jeff took the time to explain the in car details and how things worked . He set up all the computer links and made sure we understood how things functioned. He kindly repeated instructions and had us demonstrate specific things so we were at ease with all the new gadgets. We highly recommend this dealership and sales group to people looking for vehicle information , rentals or purchases !
Service was questionable.. bought used 2017 RVR in 2018. Cleaning preperation was 6/10.. gas tank was just under 1/4 level.. time spent with customer was minimal. The team prepared everything for a one visit deal however, which was nice.
