The wonderful men at Mitsubishi replaced my headlights yesterday. Mr. Prentice notified me not only when the parts arrived but when they were scheduled to be installed, what actions were required to replace, length of time required, as well as the progress of service and when it would be available for pick-up. Everyone in the office was friendly and welcoming. They have good coffee also!! Thank you all.

Missing parts that should not have been removed. Found most of the oil on my driveway. Dealer survey ignored.

Thank you to the kind folks at the service department that helped me and my family when my cars transmission failed on a trip. Because of their quick action we were able to get back on the road in a rental to resume our trip to visit our relative who was sick. They coordinated repair under warranty and I drove back from Fort Worth today to a fixed vehicle. Shout out to y’all and thanks for all that you did for my family!

Reid in sales did a great job. We recommend him 10/10. Someone give his young man a raise, he is so easy to work with and males the process seamless. We love the team Mandy [in finance] is incredible as well. Arrow Ford will always be our home.
