My Client, wow is preparing for a Power Chair Transport Vehicle, went to Mobility Auto Croup for a Consultation with Dallas Crow. This young man showed us our Vehicle right off the top!!! The other day we drove off with our 2015 Dodge Caravan RT. We are both soooo, Grateful to Dallas and his Staff for taking care of our needs and providing us with this very Special Van.

Dallas was amazing! We were in immediate need of a vehicle and he worked hard to make it happen. He even delivered it to our house so that we didn’t need to leave our car at the hospital. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I am sharing this to warn other families in the broader accessibility and Craig Hospital community about the business practices of Denver Mobility (Mobility Auto Group). In December 2025, while my wife was being treated for a traumatic brain injury, I was in a desperate position to secure specialized transport. Denver Mobility sold me a 2018 Toyota Sienna for $60,000. When I asked for price flexibility given our medical crisis, they refused - stating these vehicles are in such "high demand" they could only offer a $500 discount. Tragically, my wife passed away last week. After only three months of ownership and less than 2,000 miles driven, I reached out to Denver Mobility to sell the vehicle back. Their offer: $39,000. A company cannot have it both ways. They cannot justify a $60,000 price tag based on "market demand" in December, then claim the vehicle lost 35% of its value by March. This isn't standard depreciation; this is a company capitalizing on a family’s vulnerability during a medical emergency and then turning their grief into a secondary profit center. If you are referred here by a rehab hospital, please be wary. A niche market serving the disabled community requires a baseline of integrity and fair dealing - qualities I found entirely absent here. Families facing life-altering injuries deserve a partner, not a predator.

Thankfully, Mobility of Denver is available and gave us a far better option, with competitive pricing, instead of having to go back to United Access.
