As I was unfamiliar with this type of purchase, he offered invaluable knowledge and guidance. He was an excellent communicator, always available to answer my questions and consistently providing follow-up support, which made me feel completely supported. Consequently, he facilitated a smooth and easy experience. Furthermore, the company, as a whole, demonstrates not only a commitment to safety standards but also high moral values, instilling a sense of trust that one is in capable hands. The Wilson County Sheriff’s Office worked with Blake Brown on a Prisoner Transport Van. What an awesome experience to have someone so knowledgeable and willing to help. This was a large purchase for our county and he was able to put this together a Van that really fit our needs. Thank you so much, Blake! We will be doing business again.

Martine is the best thing about this company. True compassion. I’ve gotten stuck in the van several times due to no hands on training; he got me out via phone. Dirty vehicle sold to us, which I guess is legal, but not cool—not even cleaning the former owner’s head oil spot? Bugs in lights? Uggh! and even the “good, working condition,” their stated minimum requirement, was not met IMO if you consider the missing trim allowing the ground outside to be visible from inside the vehicle, and wind and water coming in, the foot rest is broken—does not stay up and falls against wheelchair requiring a walkee to lift it again, broken accessories, zip-tied seat. They Didn’t even know enough about this vehicle to tell their delivery driver or me about the hidden second glove box to look in for manual. Promised a Facetime walkthrough before the sale, never happened. They passed the buck around, gave runaround after sale and never made any adjustments to deal. They did arrange for a replacement battery since they sent a vehicle that wouldn’t start the next day, but I was out $100 bucks to have it evaluated and installed. Very overpriced but they get to do this bc they can.

Every time my husband and i come here we’re treated so well. Chad knows us and always does his best to fit us in even when we don’t have an appointment. They get that my husbands van is so important to his independence and do they’re very best to help us as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Blake at Mobility Works is so Awesome! He went above and beyond to get me a wheelchair vans for my transportation company. I highly recommend Mobility Works especially Blake for all commercial transportation needs!
