They were great. My mom and I went for a test drive, and the salespeople (shoutout to Lee and to Kenneth) were incredibly patient with me in my rookie car buying and negotiating ignorance. And excellent at showing me all of the features of the vehicle. They were completely honest and zero-pressuring. And they explained to me exactly why the car was priced as it was and they showed me the exact results from the certified pre-owned inspection and what it cost them to do it. So I am confident that their prices are very, very fair. Their finance rates were also just as competitive as the credit union for state employees. I am sad that I didn't buy the car from them, because I really wanted to, but I ended up choosing a totally different kind of car. A huge thank you to Lee and Kenneth!
