My experience with Marc Pena was amazing, to say the least. I had been car shopping for over six months and hadn’t had any luck finding a car I liked or a dealership I felt comfortable purchasing from. Coming into Modern Mazda with these past experiences made me hesitant, but from the very beginning everything was smooth. Before I even arrived, Marc sent me a personalized video tour of the two cars I was considering. When I came in for my appointment, there was virtually no wait time. Marc greeted me promptly and walked me through the benefits of both vehicles, answering all my questions honestly and clearly. His professionalism and transparency truly stood out. The customer service overall was excellent, and I ended up leaving with a car I’m genuinely happy with. In the finance department, Nick Gagain was extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly—warranties, terms, and options—and even searched for savings to help make the process easier. I’m very grateful for the experience and highly recommend working with Marc, Nick, and the entire team at Modern Mazda.
