From the moment I walked into the dealership to discuss my wants and needs for my future purchase, all the way to today, I was taken care of to the fullest. Jenna helped me find exact color and trim level of what I wanted to buy and Bobman made it happen for me. Bobman updated me with arrival time of my new vehicle and has been amazing and helpful throughout this entire process! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience overall!

I purchased a car through Modern Toyota of Asheboro for my daughter and it was the best car buying experience I’ve had. Kristie was absolutely phenomenal and fun to work with. She came in on her day off to finish the process with me and I wouldn’t have wanted to work with anyone else, even offered to wait for her next day back at work but she insisted she could come in for us. She was friendly, honest, caring, and amazing. She took the time to walk me through every setting, explain them to me, and even helped me with a settings issue I was having on my rental car. She knew the products, even non-Toyota products, inside and out. I cannot recommend her enough! The financing process with Justin was as painless as possible and they did all of the legwork for me so I could just come in and sign. He was transparent, funny, and made me comfortable with the process. I couldn’t be happier with the service and my experience and the car is everything we wanted. Loved my experience with them and I will be a repeat customer

Well, I made an unexpected visit to your dealership on my way home from a moving trip after running into car trouble with my RAV4. Everybody was cool and as friendly and helpful as they could be from beginning to end. Ended up purchasing this used Jeep from you guys and it has been absolutely great! However, I'm extremely pissed off that the fact that during the process of buying the Jeep I was unable to transfer my personal items from my old car to the new car because they said my old car was in the shop where they were looking at it fine. After 2 days and I don't know how many hours of sitting at your dealership after the Jeep was finally ready to go. I had to pull my car around to the dealership into the garage where my other car was and transfer all the belongings from one to the other. It felt like an extremely rushed and chaotic process and in that chaotic process, my pressure washer was mistakenly set aside and not and put into the new vehicle. I called as soon as possible told them to look out for it. Set it aside for me, but of course yesterday when I stopped in to drop off the title for the car I traded in. No one had seen the pressure washer or had heard anything about it so it must have been stolen. I however, received a call from the dealership and they're going to send me a check to replace the pressure washer that went missing. Well done!.

Great Toyota dealership. Manager Dwayne and Salesman Josh were great. Easy to work with. Not pushy. Knew their product inside and out. Buying process was super easy and quick.

My first time here & I truly appreciate how well I was taken care of. Melissa the advisor went above & beyond to explain my diagnostic issue, & Modern Toyota of Asheboro did a great job getting it resolved so I could get back on the road. Her customer service is outstanding! Her tone, attitude, & friendliness are qualities that many dealerships lack from my experience, but she delivered because that is something that is recognized & appreciated. I’ll definitely be returning for my future car needs.
