Exceptional Experience at Mohegan Lake Volkswagen! My wife and I recently leased our new vehicle from Mohegan Lake Volkswagen, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. A special thank you to MJ and Anthony in the finance department. They went above and beyond to help us secure the best possible payment while making the entire process transparent, professional, and stress-free. They took the time to explain all of our options and helped us choose protection plans that truly made sense for our family. One of the smartest decisions we made was adding the Tire & Wheel Protection. Living and driving around NYC, potholes and road hazards are unavoidable. Looking back at what I've spent replacing tires and wheels over the past three years, the additional $5 per month is not even a fraction of those costs. It was an easy decision and provides tremendous peace of mind. With two kids, life happens. The Interior & Exterior Protection package was another excellent recommendation. Between spills, stains, scratches, and everyday wear and tear, protecting the vehicle is well worth it. On my previous lease, I paid significantly more when I returned the vehicle due to wear-and-tear charges. This time, I know I'm protected, making it a complete no-brainer. Tom Wunder the sales manager was receptive to my preparedness and willing to work with my fair offer! George in the finance office will explain everything in detail and is certainly not pushy, just thorough and great. Let me put it this way, I drove about an hour and 15 minutes passed MANY VW dealers to use them because they had the Spec we wanted and agreed on the price we had in mind. They were fair with my trade and the facility is beautiful. They got us drinks and checked if we got home safe after our ride back home over the Tappan Zee in that -17 degree windy day. I would tell you to buy an ID BUZZ but I wanna be the cool guy that pulled the trigger on one haha it's truly amazing and you can get yourself a great deal on a car so many people have never seen before. This past week I had my Audi Q5 Sportback serviced at Tasca Audi VW Mohegan lake, and I had an extremely satisfying experience. When I arrived I was greeted by Jeff from the service dept, after a few questions he escorted me into the dealership were he checked the status of my vehicle service history and explained the service I was receiving and it cost. I also requested to have my vehicle state inspection completed as well. Jeff then advised me of the completion time and directed me to the dealerships waiting area and kitchen area for free coffee and your choice of bagels or muffins which had just arrived. The atmosphere at the dealership was positive with customers consistently being greeted with pleasant professional comments by the staff. The facility was extremely clean and well kept. Since it was a sunny clear day I decided to sit outside and enjoy the sun, the benches were clean and the grounds were impeccable and clear of any debris. Jeff eventually tracked me down to give me an update on my service and a short while later the vehicle service was completed and Jeff went over everything that was done. Upon completion of reviewing the work performed and paying for the service, I was very impressed with the entire process and the constant professionalism by the dealership staff the cleanliness of the facility inside and outside. My vehicle was returned to me washed and cleaned and ready to go. Thank You for your positive attitude and energy your staff demonstrated that day, with so much negative going on it was a blessing to be around so many positive individuals.

Very good experience from the time I arrived in the showroom to picking up my new 2025 Taos later that same day. My salesperson Jahaira was great. She knew the product features and explained the differences between my 2022 Taos and the new one. Huge difference for the better! Jahaira and Tommy the sales manager both treated me straight up, no games on price or my trade.
