We bought a 2021 GMC Sierra Denali. We made the drive from London area to check out the truck. It was exactly what we wanted. The price was lowest from any of it's kind everywhere we looked. However, we found it unusually long for everything to be done, like safety and licensing which was frustrating. We understand the stormy winter weather was not in anyone's favor. But they still made up for it. Ryan was very thorough with explaining everything. And went beyond usual procedure in helping us get the truck. It needed new tires for safety. They let us choose the tires at no extra charge. Since it was quite a distance to drive, they delivered the truck halfway. And lastly gave us a discount for the delay in completing the purchase. Thumbs up!
