Monadnock Ford of Brattleboro

Had my truck there for a works package service, tire rotation with a road force balance. I received a call from the service department that they had damaged one of my brand new rims while doing the work. They wanted me to let a “rim repair” guy fix my wheel rather than replace it… I spoke with said rim repair guy and told him my situation and he agreed and said he would tell them to replace the rim. No communication from the service manager whatsoever this whole time. Not one phone call telling me what their plan was. I had to call every day find out. I gave them my all the necessary info to get the new wheel, which finally they did. I called to see when I could pick my new wheel up, and the service manager demanded I change my review or he would withhold my wheel… Shady and illegal… The owner of the dealership had to call me and offered to take me and my family out to dinner to try and make things right… Oh, and while doing the service to my vehicle, they failed to put any DEF fluid in my truck which was part of the service I paid for… They did give me a jug of fluid after I called them out on too… Never again will they work on my vehicle, nor would I recommend you do either. They are shady to say the least…The only reason they got a 1 for a review on this site, is because there was no option for a zero…

Car broke down on a ski trip along I-91 very early on a Sunday morning and was towed to Monadnock Ford. Obviously, no one there at that time so left a note and my keys. All of my dealings with the Monadnock Service Dept were over the phone since I'm wasnt nearby, and the folks I talked to were helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Everything was fixed and ready as promised and picked up my car a few days later.

Matt Barroso was amazing! He was easy to talk to, professional and patient about every little question I had. As i live substantially far from the dealership we did most of the transaction over the phone and email. Matt also took the time to hear me out about some not so pleasant experiences i have had with past vehicle purchases at other dealerships and he ensured that this experience was the opposite. When i went to pick up my vehicle Matt took the time and went through everything with me and ensured all my questions were answered. Matt got my new truck detailed beautifully and kept it indoors until i arrived to ensure i was blown away when i saw it in person for the first time. After the transaction Matt personally reached out for feedback on how he could improve which is beyond the extra mile and something i have never experienced with anther salesperson at a dealership. All in all, if you're looking for a great vehicle buying experience Matt is your guy at Monadnock Ford of Brattleboro!

They kindly remedied the situation and put 4 brand new Tires on the SUV for me the very next day! Thankful for that! It has low miles and drives beautifully.
