When I went looking for a vehicle that would fit us all, Jeremiah was there to help me. They just got the Tahoe in, went to take it home and had some issues, I got a loaner for the time my vehicle was in their care. They took care of all the recalls, all the issues I had with the driver seat, and the very back seatbelts. I got weekly updates when I called, the service staff is amazing, Mercedes helped so much, and now I have my Tahoe and my precious cargo is safe because they wouldn't let me leave with the vehicle with concerns I had. Jeff helped me to understand my loaner, john helped me understand I was important to them not just a customer, that my family was just as important to them as they are to me. Thank you so much for making sure my Tahoe was safe for my precious cargo I carry. I will return when I need another vehicle... Thank you so much, I have not mentioned everyone by name but know you are just amazing as those I have mentioned. UPDATE ON TAHOE: after having my truck for less than 6 weeks it died, when started it would choke out and die. AAA was called to have it towed to the dealership as I was told it was under Warranty and they could fix it. They gave me their road side service who wanted to charge me 300.00 to tow my Tahoe to them, so I called AAA instead. Once there, I had to buy a brand new battery as mine was dead, they did a diagnostic, internal fuel pump, come to find out non of what needed to be done was covered by the warranty. Now it sits till payment can be made, disappointed nothing was under warranty...

The absolute worst vehicle service I have ever seen especially Tommy the manager. I dropped off my truck for service it stayed there for a month. When they told me to come pick it up. It still had a check engine light and we went to a mechanic cause it was still running bad and we found out that the dealership during the whole month didn’t touch or change a single screw or a single part. So for those of y’all who want to drop off your Chevy or gmc for service don’t. Yaxon Cedre.

I had a great experience with the service department! They were professional, communicated clearly, and made sure my car was completely taken care of, even when it needed a second visit. Everyone was friendly and went above and beyond to make things right. I really appreciate their honesty and excellent customer service!

I spoke to Jeremiah Gonzalez in Monahan's one evening regarding looking in to getting in to a more affordable vehicle in order to start school. He immediately called me the next day and had already found me a great deal. He worked quickly to find me something reliable. I got calls from Delilah and Vanessa willing to help me out. Nick answered all my questions and within 2 days I was just waiting for my next car. Vanessa was awesome and drove it to Fort Stockton. I love my new car and would highly recommend the Monahan's team.

Do not get your vehicle serviced here. This place is awful. Pricing is never consistent. They left the cab of my truck dirty with oil on all over the center console. The last three times I have taken my truck to their shop I have asked for air to be put in the four rear tires and nothing has been done. You would think for almost eight hundred dollars in service that I asked for they would treat my vehicle a little better. From now on I'll go where I bought the truck to get it serviced, even if it is 2 hours away.
