Hey there, Raul I want to take the time sorry it took long for me to get to this review, but I wanna thank you for all your time. Patience and work with me in the purchase of my New car Yourself and Manuel were very patient with me in my decision to make this purchase. You both went over everything very well with me and made the purchase very streamline and easy thank you guys so much.

We bought a car from him that was sold as-is. The day after, we jad a xheck engone light come on to replace the Catalytic converter. We contacted him, and even though the car was sold as is, he was willing to help us and even went as far as towing our car to him so we wouldn't have to go up. He bought the parts, had it installed, all out of the kindness of his heart. I would definitely recommend this dealership! He is trustworthy and helpful.

Very unwilling to work a cash deal. Argumentative and rude. Said I need to benefit their business and them personally first. I made a fair offer on a rebuilt title vehicle a couple thousand under asking with cash in hand willing to fly from out of state. One of the worst interactions I've had with a car dealership.

I bought an F350 from this dealership about 2 months ago and am still extremely happy with the purchase. The majority of the negotiation was done over the phone and was very straightforward. Once we decided to make the purchase the paperwork took less than 5 minutes. Definitely recommend Monarch Auto Brokers!
