Mont-Joli - Chrysler

I am very grateful to the team at Mont-Joli Dodge/Chrysler. We were travelling through in our Dodge Promaster camper from Ontario when we had a brake indicator light come on. I went to the dealership service and Patrick and Pascal went above and beyond to diagnose and fix the problem with his team which involved replacing my brake pads. Given our language differences (English/French) Patrick connected me with Mike in sales to translate so that we could understand each other and the problem and get it fixed. The service team was excellent and they went out of their way and within a few hours I was able to drive away safely with the repair completed and for a fair price. Thank you guys! You have no idea how much your help was appreciated that day!

Do NOT buy a used vehicle from here. They either don't know what they're selling or they don't care. We bought a truck for cash, we felt confident about the purchase because of our interaction with the salesperson, he assured us they had looked it over and it was all good. We expected there to be some potential issues in the near future since its used but we got a check engine light less than 40 km into driving it. Long story short, they answered our first and second call regarding this after we brought it to a garage to find the issue and proceeded to ignore every call afterwards. Come to find out there was two outstanding recalls, so they didn't even bother to check for the basic things. Its disappointing because this was just a purchase to get us to the point where we could buy a brand new truck - until they started ignoring our calls, we still planned to come buy our new truck there.

A huge Merci to Jean-Philippe and the gang at Mont Joli Chrysler for coming to our rescue! Another DEF problem caused us to have a restriction on the amount of kms we could travel (we are also traveling with a 5th wheel)! We landed there at 11:55 yesterday and at 1 they started to diagnose our problem. It was the DEF injector - even though they did not have the part, they ordered one from Quebec and had it that night. We were able to “camp” in their parking lot and when the mechanic arrived first thing in the morning he installed the part and had us back on the road by 10!!! Highly recommend this dealership!
