First off let me say there should be a 10 star option! This dealership is amazing from start to finish. I totaled my car in March and stated looking for a new vehicle. I visited the dealership on April 7th,2026 and spoke with Shawn Johnson and he was professional and very knowledgeable and showed me a couple of vehicles. I was not ready to purchase and wanted to visit more dealers and see more cars and I had a vacation lined up. He never hounded me and only reached out one time to see if I was ready. I took my vacation and thought a lot about all the experiences I had at the dealerships I visited and without a doubt I was drawn back to Montgomery Subaru by not only the staff but the quality of the vehicles. On April 27, 2026 I drove back to Montgomery Subaru to look at a couple more vehicles they had on their lot and was sad that Shawn Johnson was out with another customer but I was quickly introduced to Bert Tew and he was very willing to step in and help me with whatever I wanted to look at and drive. I am happy to say that after a couple of hours and testing Berts patience, lol, with all my questions and concerns, I made a decision and purchased a new Subaru Forester. Let me not leave out how friendly Tabor Cleberg was coming over to make sure we were taken care of and many other salespeople who were taking care of their own customers. Now to brag on Drew Gim the finance Man! HE WAS AMAZING and not pushy but very thorough in explaining everything we needed to know. I have never been so happy with a car purchase from start to finish and even a day after Bert contacted me to make sure I was happy. If you want to purchase a new car, please listen to me and give Montgomery Subaru a chance to earn your business, you will not regret it at all. Want to make sure to give BERT one more shout out for being awesome and patient! SO HAPPY TO BE A PART OF THE MONTGOMERY SUBARU FAMILY! ❤️

I called with questions about the 2026 Forester. Guvonni was so helpful. He sent a video right away of the interior and exterior of the car. The transaction was so smooth over the phone, they made it easy. Guvonni brought me my car 85 miles from Montgomery Subaru and it was in my driveway by 6 PM!! I love my Subaru experience!

We've been waiting on the new 26 Outback Wilderness XT, and started talking to JaDararius several months ago. JaDararius has been extremely helpful and never pushy. As well as everyone at Montgomery Subaru! That is hard to find in most car salesman and lots. He listened to what we were looking for in a car and sent us updates on what they were expecting to arrive and he would send me personalized videos of each vehicle inside and out. Super friendly and professional! Love the car! And thankful to Montgomery Subaru and their professional team. Highly recommend!

From the test drive through the purchase, all of the staff were very helpful and courteous. I purchased a 2026 Outback and am very satisfied. My salesman (Eric) was really great as was everyone. This is a family owned dealership and their service beats the big automakers hands down.

Very helpful service department. Check in and check out were friendly and efficient. Waiting area was clean and comfortable, with comfortable lounge chairs as well as a couple of tables with chairs where I was able to work remotely while they worked on my car. I live an hour away, but will return in the future for my car’s service needs.
