Man After car shopping for weeks on weeks with other dealers that rubbed me wrong trying to upsell me. I stopped into here on Saturday and was met by Bob Ashman and he was a pleasure he made me feel welcomed and wanted and didn't push me to get a car that was out of my price range. He had the car ready upon arrival and in about an HR and half later I walked out with my new car! Thank you BOB ASHMAN and the rest of the team!

I had the unfortunate experience at 2 separate service visits within a year of being charged for a simple tire rotation that was not performed either time. I was able to tell this because I have a wheel with easily identifiable scrapes that hadn't moved. When I questioned it with the advisor, after conferring with the tech (same one both times apparently), he obviously had to admit to me that it wasn't performed and apologized that that wasn't communicated between them before check out. and payment. He credited me back for the "error" but it has left a very bad taste in my mouth for this dealership service department, and I honestly question whether the other work (oil change, air filter change, etc.), was performed as stated since this isn't as obvious by quick visual inspection. I hope they can correct this problem so others aren't impacted.

Been a very satisfied customer since 2019. Kind, reliable, professional and considerate of your time. In 2025, Brian was able to have my car towed there and get me in within an hour when I needed a new tire unexpectedly. I actually needed 4 tires and they were in stock so I was not inconvenienced in the least. My recent 2026 appointment there was a sound issue and Brian resolved it within 1/2 hour.
