In November 2023, I traded in my vehicle for a lease at Montmagny Toyota and I want to emphasize the exceptional quality of the experience. My sales consultant, Mr. Jean-Philippe Mainville, was engaging, attentive, friendly, and very professional. I also had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Yvon Boulet, Sales Manager, a warm and genuinely enjoyable man who appreciates talking with his clients, as well as Ms. Amélie Richard, Sales Assistant, who handled the entire paperwork and signature process with patience, kindness, and a warm smile. On the service side, a big thank you to Mr. Patrick Picard, Fixed Operations Manager, who was able to quickly and efficiently address and resolve any issues with my vehicle. A special thank you also to Ms. Sonia Caouette, Service Advisor, for her kindness and attentiveness. I mustn't forget Ms. Émilie Chabot-Boulanger, Finance Manager, for her warm welcome and thoughtful touches. The only downside: the price offered for my trade-in was too low and not competitive compared to the market. I think the dealership's smaller size limits their profit margins compared to larger dealerships. Despite this, Montmagny Toyota remains a place where you feel right at home: respectful, attentive, and always ready to help and share with their customers. A dealership where you feel at home. A very bad experience with this dealership. I was promised tires and rims when I bought the vehicle, but after several weeks (almost two months), I still haven't received anything. The salesperson assured me it would take two weeks, but he never kept his word. At one point, he even wrote to me to say he had simply "forgotten" about me, then promised I would have my tires the following Tuesday. Again, nothing at all. Complete radio silence. In addition, the tires were stored without my consent, and since then, it has been extremely difficult to get any updates. I have sent several emails without ever receiving a reply. The customer service is truly disappointing. I do not recommend this place if you expect even a minimum of professionalism and commitment. Be wary of the promises made to you.
