Excepcional client service and experience, after visiting few other dealers in Montreal to service my car I can see the difference, they care about your car, they treat you with respect, they do not discriminate about your race, age or the way you look. Their knowledge on servicing your is excellent, there was no BS and they are trustworthy, even if they could no find the cause of my problem the work many hour hours on the car and kept it for a fire days to investigate, they solve part of the issue but were 100% honest and sincere and ask me to monitor for the issue to occur. They are ready to go the extra mile to satisfy you as a customer, not letting you down like other dealers that don’t care abut your problem with the car dismissing you you at the first opportunity you walk through their door

Total waste of time. Take your business to another dealership. They gave me a price on a Corolla Hatchback, in writing. I made another appointment to return with an inspector to check the vehicle out. The employee never even showed up. They made us wait one hour to get another employee and find the car. Once our inspection was complete and we had finished test driving it, I was prepared to buy the vehicle... cash in hand. I was then told by the Director that he would not honor the price that was given to me in writing - even though he had already been consulted about the deal on the previous business day. They wasted both my time and that of my inspector. Stay away.

Never recommended, the worst costumer service, I got a car at December 5th,2023 the seller person was Ms. Lucy and financial director was Ms. Caroline none of them met me during the delivery appointment, they didn’t explain me nothing about the charges and services. as I said to them it’s my first car they charged me for replacement insurance, extended explanation warranty and also a high interest rate. I called money times to the dealership costumer service, Ms Lucy and Ms Caroline I emailed to Ms Caroline many times I asked information about charges she promised me I’ll send all the information by mail but she didn’t do that never,even I asked them I have problem I would like to talk to your manager they did not respond me. You can see the below picture is the charges for a basic Toyota Corolla Le, And also they posted a picture of different vehicle and what delivered me the way more is absolutely different by the pictures below you will understand

I recently purchased a 2026 Corolla Hybrid from this dealership and am very happy with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the team was professional and low-pressure. I am really disappointed during their renovations I am sitting here in a makeshift tent in a garage with almost no AC. No power for me to work as I wait They do have a TV though and wifi (wifi actually works unlike when the building was not under construction They have a trailer setup for the staff with AC. I was asked to leave as it’s for the world only The washrooms are in another building having to walk through hazards and cars to get to (that’s where the coffee is ) There is No water or anything being offered to cool down Wow this place really does not care about its clients Supposed to be under construction till December Poor people who want to have their tires changed here this winter
