So much to say but mainly just lies and disrespect, they gave a basic trade In appraisal over the phone for my car at 29k by text message obviously this will be dependent on condition which we understood, so we made an appointment and brought the truck to get looked at. During the appointment we looked at many vehicles while they were evaluating, finally they come out and say 24k. I say where did we lose 5k as that’s significant, the truck is perfect, They go on to say the women who gave us that quote wasn’t aloud to do that and they they got her on the phone on speaker I may add which was unprofessional and she was calling us liars and then we showed the salesman the text messages with her phone number. Was actually funny to see how embarrassed he was. And instead of honouring the mistake for wasting our time he just gave us our keys back and said have a nice evening. Literal crooks.

Julien Desrochers is the best sales person by far. He took so much time with us and made sure that we were happy and that our needs were met. We highly recommend him!

The service was great, Frédéric is awesome, he is polite and up front. He listened to me and my needs and he worked to get me a great deal. 10/10 !!!

Edit: So many fake positive reviews lol. I bumped it to 1 star just because of that. Pathetic and weak. When reviews says "We'd like to thank so and so..". It's so phoney. On top of being scummy while selling cars and even worse after service they have to resort to that. It's not only them, it's also other Kia dealerships. First of all, super clean dealership. Friendly employees (as is expected from people paid on commission). It felt somewhat genuine. Initially I felt I wasn't getting a good deal on the 2023 kia, the numbers weren't quite adding up. After a second meeting we came to an agreement on the car. The overall experience up to that point was not great and not terrible either. The sales manager seems a little intimidating, handshake of Zeus 😆. After that I pick up my car and leave. I was missing the winter tires and kia floor liners which they said they'd deliver to my home. A week later Martin did indeed deliver both to my home, I was left quite impressed. Nice gesture indeed. He left me his phone number, I have anything to text him. At first he'd respond when things about my car, then nothing. Disappointing to say the least as I had issues to discuss. Such as, what I discovered later, the hundreds of dollars anti rust sprayed under the hood was so sticky that leaves and debris stays stuck to it hard, leaving a mess under there. Definitely not worth the money, grossly expensive and to have that happen, avoid their anti rust protection. See photos. In retrospect they're okay, fully quebecois owned which is refreshing but still, after service needs major improvement, rust protection is a big issue and opening hours for the garage, like all others, is garbage, only opened weekdays normal working hours for the rest of the world. Not convenient.

Paul & Jessica did a great job of preparing me for my vehicle purchase. I live out of province and they made sure we had everything figured out ahead of time and that I was confident the vehicle I received was in the condition I expected.
