Montrose Nissan

I flew across the state to go pick up a truck that was listed (I found it on Facebook marketplace actually!). I worked mainly with Jonathan Munger, who was super responsive and helpful. He answered all my questions (and then some), sent me videos and extra pictures… and when I flew out, he was super easy to work with. He picked me up at the airport and we took the vehicle on a nice long test drive. I felt like the vehicle was priced very fairly for what I had researched, so I didn’t feel like I was in that eternal “back and forth” with the sales manager and financing office. It was… just super easy overall. Guillermo (manager) and Waseem (finance manager), were both super helpful and made the deal happen. The whole team was great!

I recently bought a new Frontier from these guys and the buying experience was flawless. It was quick and easy, with none of the usual games, and I got a fair price. This would have earned them 5 stars. BUT, the vehicle suffered some serious roof damage that I thankfully noticed before getting it home. It presumably happened during transport to the dealer. I can't believe they didn't see this upon inspection, buy who looks at the roof? Anyway, the dealer is handling the problem professionally and taking care of me. They even gave me a loaner while repairs are being made. The moral of the story is, don't hesitate to buy from Montrose Nissan, but pay extremely close attention to the condition of the vehicle when you pick it up.

I’d give zero stars if I could, took my vehicle in mint condition to get it serviced just a all around inspection as soon as I got it back the steering wheel was scratched in the pretty trim it has and they denied me a replacement because it was part of the whole steering wheel column, which is not cheap. I do not recommend unless you want nicks and scratches when you pick your vehicle up they definitely should’ve taken more care of a brand new car especially being a dealership!

Zack McKay is the very best!! very nice, caring, professional and patient. This was my very first time buying from a dealership. I had some issues transferring funds in time to get the car and he worked with me through everything!! worked with my budget, my time frame, and the issues that had come up. If you’re looking to buy a vehicle go see Zack!! tell him Nevaeh sent you☺️

I was so excited to get my new car, but then, less than a month later, the car is broken down with no way to fix it. We spoke to Nick at the dealership and he indicated it's not his problem and that this is normal for this dealership. I do not recommend buying a vehicle from Montrose Ford Nissan and I would also caution against any service at the this irresponsible dealership.
