I left a review with GM but wanted to make sure there was s local review. My truck was in a recall for 6.2, the engine failed. I called Monument they helped me get a tow, got it in the shop and ended up having to replace the engine. They did a professional job, in a timely manner and the vehicle was in perfect condition when I picked it up. For a stressful situation the whole process was excellent. I highly recommend.

I purchased a pre-owned 2014 F-150 with my son who is serving in the Army, our sales associate, Javier was amazing and went over and above. The truck only had one key, he made sure we got a second one! The rear window defrost didn’t work, he took the truck to ford to get it fixed. He even delivered the truck to our house 45 minutes away. I took the truck to the military base my son is stationed at and he is so happy with his purchase! (My husband and I saw it, my son only saw pictures) We will be back to this dealership in the future! Excellent customer care and support!

I was at an Easter party and started talking cars with Roland Holmes, most especially about Corvettes. Now Monument (where Roland works in sales) is basically a truck dealership because of all the plants near the dealership. We had a good talk and I told him I had a noise in the back of my Corvette E Ray and since they were basically a huge truck dealership, I was a bit leery of having them work on my Corvette, however Roland told me in no uncertain terms to let Monument repair my Corvette. He told me to get with Cristi Swearingen as my service writer that she was really good and took care of customers. After getting with Cristi, I was introduced to Daniel Goss and he went deeper into what the issue would be. I took my car in at 9:00 AM and was called at 5:00 PM and told to pick up my car. They even gave me a loaner not knowing what the issue was with my car. Bottom line, 5 stars to Roland, Cristi, and Daniel for outstanding and quickly done work. Another thing is that I'm no longer concerned about taking my Corvette to what is basically a truck dealership. After all the owner just got him a new ZR1 Corvette and his dealership better be on the ball if they're going to tend to his car.

All these people with excellent service are same workers that work for them.i have a lot to say about this location and I got prove off my services being done there.Four times I been there and those times they where giving me bs and wrong truck,wrong keys, never got a call back regarding my diagnostic on it had to go in to complain about it.Then they give me a estimated amount.Im like what in world does my water pump got to do with my tires telling me I need all four tires.im like what ..had my truck towed out of there because there inconsiderate after doing my oil change they could of said hey ma’am your oil pan is leaking can we go ahead and take care of of it for you ? No they didn’t call me or even told me ..This location does NOT go above and beyond for customers..Only to get your money.
