This car buying experience was fantastic. It was so easy and Melissa was so informative. We were never rushed. Every question was answered and the process was seamless. We had visited Cochran Hyundai first because it was closer to our home and had a very negative experience, so we were so happy with Moon township Hyundai. Ask for Melissa you won’t be disappointed.

Drove 5 hours based on a buyer’s order showing a $7,500 trade-in. Once I got there, they dropped it to $5,000 with excuses that don’t add up. This was after they had already seen the vehicle details. Also discovered a cracked mirror that was never disclosed in the listing photos — completely unacceptable. Felt like they used the long drive and another interested buyer as pressure to force the deal. Not how a reputable dealership should operate. BAD BUSINESS STAY AWAY

This was the best car buying experience in my life! I came to the dealership with apprehension and cautious nervousness but left feeling part of the family and especially appreciative of gaining a new friend, my salesman Bob Baycer.
