My husbands car crapped out on him last week so it put us in the market of needing a new vehicle. This was the easiest place I’ve ever bought a vehicle from, hands down. I always wanted a jeep. My husband and I decided it’s time and I found Moore in Paris through google search . Their website is very user friendly, easy to navigate. I was able to find was I was looking for. We did not contact anybody, we just decided to go and see the place. Brandon greeted us at the parking lot. Very pleasant and friendly. Brandon and the rest of the staff have been helpful and friendly. No hidden agendas and no pressure. I highly recommend this place.

This dealership was a blessing to my husband and I after our vehicle broke down 5 hours from home. They were great at keeping us informed and offered us water while we waited for the vehicle to be assessed. I highly recommend this dealership! if you are looking for people that are going to care about you, this is the dealership for you!

I called to schedule an oil change and to look into coolant leak which I believe to be on radiator. Went in for service on Friday 2/6 and was greeted with professionalism and welcoming staff, Isaiah was the service advisor who had helped me through my visit took my concerns into consideration when addressing my trucks service. Radiator had cracked and needed replacement with photos so I could see, order the new radiator Friday and had a call from Isaiah Monday 2/9 that it was in and could get me in same day to have radiator replaced. Great staff welcoming environment, I will be a repeat customer too Moore Dodge for any of my vehicles services and potentially too purchase a new truck.

They were quick, kind,and courteous even charging me less than quoted by giving me coupons and discounts I was not aware they had available. Thank you Chris, you're always treating us like royalty...
