RUN FROM THIS PLACE. I'm so disappointed with my diagnostics of my Jeep Renegade $15,000 in repairs and to think I was going to scrap it based on your diagnostics. My Renegade left me stranded in the intersection and wouldn't move. So I had to towed to Moore Jeep. I got a call saying that I needed a new transmission. That my transmission fluid was black and had metal shavings in it. We were goin to scrap this Jeep becuase the list of problems Moore gave us to long an unbearable. $15,000.00 in repairs and a new transmission. at 80,000 miles. I just couldn't swallow this so we had it towed home . On the way towing the jeep the tow truck driver said that we should get a second opinion. He recommended a place in Tempe and said that we should take it there and get a diagnostic done and see if indeed we needed all these repairs and transmission. We took his advice and our gut feeling said at 80,000 miles couldn't be all this stuff wrong with it. We had just had it serviced not too long ago and Moore didn't tell us that anything was wrong at that time. So we got a second opinion and didn't need all this work that was said or a new transmission. The fluid was red and clean. No metal shavings... just a throdle and fluids new battery and recalibrating. it was $1,000.00. They called us and said well were going to save you $14,000.00 at the transmission shop in tempe. It was only $1,000.00 dollars in repairs. I was shocked and my jeep runs fine now. DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO MOORE JEEP. Run.

I am blown away at the fantastic service I just got at Moore Chrysler Jeep Fiat. Switched to Moore from AutoNation and its like night and day. Moore is far superior service wise. Ive never gotten a video inspection of my vehicle until now. And the oil change, tire rotation and cabin filter change service was incredibly fast! Moore is my new go to even though its pretty far, its well worth it. Even the waiting area was far nicer. My service advisor was totally nice too which is refreshing. Thank you!
