Cannot recommend Moore's Chevrolet enough! Got a very good deal on a used 2023 Chevy Bolt in the exact color I wanted, provided a free CarFax report, and from beginning to end were so lovely to work with and made the transaction as seamless as possible and provided me with a payment plan that perfect fit my budget! Shout-out to Karen (my salesperson), Tonya the finance manager, and Scott and Steve who both drove over 200 miles to deliver the car to me free of charge! I was absolutely blown away by their attention to detail and communication on all fronts, and in the world of car dealerships it's so refreshing to work with good people who genuinely have your best interests at heart. This dealership does bad best. I purchased a car from them a month ago from them and deal through the bank wasn't even done. I had the car for a month. They wanted to pick the car back up and not want to give my down payment back until I requested the money back. I have been mentally and emotionally stressed out by this situation with these people. Now I am left without a car.
