Rented a U-Haul went to pick up and the one they gave us was blocked in and couldn’t get out, we were told sorry I’m 2 hours away nothing I can do. Don’t own a business if you can’t take care of your customers. Now we had to find another U-Haul pay again and out $150 for the first hours of moving due to lack of customer service. Don’t rent from here they don’t care about you or your move!! Would’ve been 0 stars if possible!
