I recently purchased a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Moritz Camp Bowie location. From start to finish my experience was the best. I'm fairly new when it comes to vehicle purchasing and Alfred took the time to explain everything to me throughly. He answered all my question that I had for he and Maria about the vehicle and features included. Test driving was fun because Alfred and Maria are really down to earth people. I didn't feel like I was just another sale being made. Alfred went above and beyond to make sure that I got everything i was wanting in a vehicle from the smallest features to the most important ones. Nate in the finance department was also nothing short of amazing. He explained all the details from beginning to end of the warranty plans and what they covered. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone who's shopping for a new vehicle

This was the best experience on buying a vehicle. All the other dealerships in my area force you to buy extended warranties. At Moritz Jeep there is no dealership add-ons. All the numbers are put out to see in black and white and no funny business. Thank you Maria, Bruce and Miguel for the best experience of buying a vehicle. So I haven't bought a new vehicle in over a decade, there's always the perception that the salespeople are sharks and there's always haggling that must be done. Well Moritz dispelled all that! They were all so professional and polite, I had the best buying experience ever! No haggling, no hidden add-ons, and no going back and forth. Robert Coen was amazing, he worked very hard to get me into the vehicle I wanted with the payment I could afford. Also, in the finance department, Miguel Garcia was so patient to explain everything to me and transparent. He didn't push any extra warranties, just went over them and let me choose what I could afford. Thank you so much Moritz you have some excellent employees and I absolutely love my new Jeep!!

The absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. Very kind and knowledgeable. Not one single time were we ever pushed to buy anything we didn’t want (or couldn’t have 🤣).
