I majorly upgraded from my 2013 Kia Soul into a 2023 Forester Wilderness. Christine made the process so easy! She helped me find several options over several days and I felt no pressure to purchase on day one. I’m glad I waited it out until this beauty came in. My passenger rear door wouldn’t open from the inside Josh made the arrangement for me to bring it back, so they could fix it I love my new car ❤️. Excellent service and great customer service. We love driving our new vehicle, very comfortable and easy to navigate. Excellent financial services. Ryan was very helpful in helping me pair my phone to the car and educating me on all of the features on my car system and answered my questions about all of the features. He gave me confidence that I would be able to navigate my way around the car’s system without much trouble. I had to bring my car back in to have a hitch installed and undercoating to prevent rust. We plan on driving our new car for the next 10-15 years and want our investment to last. We are confident in the quality that Subaru provides to decide to purchase a new vehicle. Fabian assisted me in lining me up with a loaner vehicle while my car is being serviced. We live 2 hrs from the dealership and their customer support in loaning me a vehicle was greatly appreciated.
