Jonathan was a wonderful specialist to work with. I live 4 hours away from this dealership and he worked me through the process so when I was able to get there it went about as smoothly as any car purchasing experience could go. His trainee Emily also has a good future, she was personable and made the waiting parts of the process fly by.
